Greetings Titan family!
I hope everyone is having a good week. We are certainly excited for today’s Go Texan Day and Chili Cook-Off. If you are on campus, make sure to check things out.
I also need to notify everyone that my school email was hacked. If you received a message that appears to have come from me asking you to purchase iTunes gift cards, etc. please do not do that. It has also been suggested that those who received such a message should change passwords. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Next, the faculty has voted for the HTES Teacher of the Year to be honored by the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce. This year, we had a tie and I am very proud to announce our Co-Teachers of the Year: Mrs. Marlece Davis and Mrs. Laura Yarbrough. Please join me in congratulating these most deserving teachers.
2019-2020 planning is in full swing. Thank you to those who came out for the Preview Night last night. The teachers and I appreciate the chance to give you a deeper glimpse into next year.
Related to next year, the major calendar dates for 2019-2020 are now available on our website. These are provided early to help with your family’s planning. To access the dates, go to, click “Community” and then “Calendar.” Click on the school seal near the top of the page to see the document.
Finally, the deadline to re-enroll and receive the $500 re-enrollment discount is February 28. I strongly urge you to re-enroll by the 28th in order to secure your spot for next year, especially in the 4K, and Kindergarten classes which we anticipate full enrollment. In addition, if you have any reservations about enrolling based on financial reasons, please contact me or Lisa Lane, Director of Enrollment Management, so that we can provide information regarding our tuition assistance program. Current families are the top priority for available tuition assistance.
If you have any questions about re-enrollment, please contact me. I am more than happy to help your family.
As always, thank you very much for your continued support of Holy Trinity Episcopal School.
It’s great to be a Titan,
