Greetings Titan family!

Yesterday, re-enrollment messages were sent via email. All families of current 3K through 4th graders who are in good financial standing should have received a message with instructions. If you are one of those families and did not receive that message, please let me know ASAP. As a reminder, families that re-enroll by February 28 receive a $500 tuition discount. If you have any questions about re-enrollment, please contact our Director of Enrollment Management, Mrs. Lisa Lane.

The new school website should be live now. As with any new website launch, there may be programming bugs to work out and we are engaged in that work with our site provider/programmer. Also, feel free to offer any feedback as our hope is to begin leveraging our site as a resource to all families, both current and prospective.

Finally, there are a couple of important events coming up next week: Titan Step Up Day/ Preview Night and Go Texan Day.

Thursday, February 21 is Titan Step Up Day/Preview Night. During the day, students in 3K through 4th grade will spend time with the next grade level up to get a preview of what it is like in their next class. Students in grades 5 will go with our 6th graders and have classes with them during that time. 6th graders and up will go to their regularly scheduled classes.

Preview Night is a parent event for current and prospective parents. It is designed to preview 3K through 5th grade. The event will begin at 6pm in the gym and last until 8pm. After a welcome address and introductions, the rest of the time will follow an Open House schedule with teachers being available to talk about 3K through 5th grade in 2019-2020. Current families are encouraged to attend and to invite friends and neighbors who might benefit from learning more about our school.

Friday, February 22 is Go Texan Day. Students and teachers are encouraged to wear Western themed clothes including: hats, shirts, jeans, and boots. It is NOT Texans day, so avoid wearing Texans NFL gear, please. Also, weapons (toy or otherwise) are prohibited. That day is also our Chili Cook-off event. We plan to begin around 11:30 with the taste testing by our judges. Questions about the Chili Cook-off should be sent to Mrs. Crowe (Kindergarten).

As always, thank you very much for your continued support of Holy Trinity Episcopal School.

It’s great to be a Titan,
